New Adaptive Finite-Time Cluster Synchronization of Neutral-Type Complex-Valued Coupled Neural Networks with Mixed Time Delays

The issue of adaptive finite-time cluster synchronization corresponding to neutral-type coupled complex-valued neural networks with mixed delays is examined in this research. A network more general than that a traditional network, since it considers distributed delays, state and coupling delays. In research, new control technique developed synchronize finite time. To stabilize the resulting closed-loop system, Lyapunov stability argument leveraged infer necessary requirements on factors. effectiveness proposed method illustrated through simulation studies.
